The Success Design welcomes Beate Chelette who is a successful speaker, coach, and entrepreneur. She was the owner, president, and CEO of Beate Works for 13 years until she sold it to Bill Gates. She is the author of Happy Woman Happy World.
Here’s a synopsis of our interview:
Although the topic for this show was “How to Overcome Fear & Find Happiness”, Beate and I spent a good majority of the show talking about The Women’s Code which was developed by her as a way of deciphering how women treat one another. The discussion was absolutely fascinating, in fact, I did want it to end. We discussed feminism and it’s connotation in today’s society as well. We then briefly discussed Beate’s book Happy Woman Happy World and agreed to table our discussion for another day. I can’t wait to have her on the show again once I’ve read the book to discuss it in more detail.
The next part of our interview was on point. We discussed fear and how it holds us back from the happiness that we deserve. Fear is nothing more than an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. Beate outlines a 3-step process for finding happiness immediately. It involves shifting your thought process. Tune into the show to find out more!
Beate Chelette, a nationally known Gender Decoder, is a respected career coach, successful entrepreneur, author of Happy Women Happy World, and founder of The Women’s Code. After selling her creative company in 2006 to Bill Gates for millions of dollars, Chelette pursued her mission to build a global community of women who will collaborate and support each other. In business and in her personal life as a single mother, Chelette witnessed first-hand how women treat other women, how they boycott, bully, and backstab other women’s careers and personal lives. She is fiercely determined to turn that around by creating a new Core Code of Conduct by which women will live happier, more successful lives and as results show – have better relationships with other women and men.
Drawing on the tools, hard knocks, and strategies she learned on her road to success, Chelette founded The Women’s Code. Chelette has created programs to improve Work-Life Balance, Leadership on C.U.E., and Career Advancement for Entrepreneurs and Creatives.
