Suzanne Frindt believes that everyone is a leader in their life regardless of their title or role at work. When people start to understand this and take on this perspective of themselves things start to shift. We have developed a proprietary methodology that we have used for over 20 years called, “Vision-Focused Leadership.” As the leader of your life, one of the most important things you can have is a vision for your life, or what we would call, “a Yonder Star.” This is different than having goals or objectives. A “Yonder Star” is developed by looking into the future and imagining that it has all worked out – that you are in a “Golden Age” of your life. What would that look like? What would it feel like? Where would you be? And more…From there we work backwards – what has to happen starting now, to get to where you want to be. It’s a combination of vision and action that can take our lives to new levels of success and satisfaction.
