The Success Design welcomes Rhonda Britten who is America’s #1 Life Coach, author of four best selling books, a repeat guest on the Oprah show and an Emmy Award winner for her life-changing work on the television show Starting Over.
Here’s a synopsis of our interview:
My interview with Rhonda consisted of two parts. A discussion about fear and then a how-to guide on getting “unstuck” when life drags you down.
An author of four best-selling books, Rhonda’s most popular book is Fearless Living. She explains that fear manifests itself in people’s lives in many ways such as perfectionism, procrastination, fear of rejection, fear of success and so on. Fear wants to hold us back to a place where it knows its comfortable. When it feels uncomfortable, it will create some sort of malady to hide behind to hold you back. Rhonda explains this phenomenon in much greater detail during our interview.
The second part of our interview dealt with getting unstuck when life pulls you down. Rhonda gave terrific insight to some of the following questions that I posed: Why do we get stuck in the first place? What are some ways to get unstuck? Do we need other people in our quest to keep moving or is it personal? Rhonda answers these questions and a whole lot more so be sure to tune in!
Finally, at the end of the show, Rhonda generously offered a gift to the listeners. Visit her website at www.RhondaBritten.com/risk to download three complimentary videos titled “Get Motivated” Take Inspired Action Now!
Biography:
Rhonda Britten has devoted her life to one thing: to teach people how to master fear. Whether that’s a fear of rejection or loss; fear of failure or success; fear of abandonment or pain, Rhonda has created a method for anyone anywhere to master the invisible, insidious fear we all have of ‘not being good enough.’ What she teaches is what she’s lived.
After witnessing the horrific murder-suicide of her parents at the tender age of 14, Rhonda went into a twenty-year spiral of self-doubt, blame and addiction. When she woke up very much alive after her third suicide attempt, she knew she had to find another way. What she discovered is a pathway to freedom that cuts through false beliefs, negative thoughts and the silent, secret fears every human being carries. Her simple yet life-altering method is called Fearless Living.
An Emmy-Award winner and repeat Oprah guest, Rhonda was the first Life Coach on reality television in the world on the first-show of its kind, Help Me Rhonda. Next, Rhonda changed lives on the hit NBC reality show Starting Over and named its “most valuable player” by The New York Times and heralded as “America’s Favorite Life Coach” by TV Guide. To date, Rhonda has altered lives in over 600 episodes of reality television in more than 25 countries and impacted millions worldwide.
