Here’s a synopsis of our interview:
This is Linda’s second appearance on my radio show.  She first appeared on my show on January 22, 2013 to discuss her book Your Pot of Gold is a Handshake Away – A Step By Step Plan To Quickly Grow Your Business Through Referrals.  Since that time, we have kept in touch and become friends.  I could not wait to have her back on the show to discuss a wide range of topics.

To begin the interview, we discussed Linda’s passion for helping women and for being a champion of women.  We next moved into a discussion of her uber-successful “Wine, Women & Wealth” networking group that she created and has grown by leaps and bounds.  We discussed what it takes to grow a successful women’s organization like her networking group.

Next, we discussed her podcast “Behind the Business Card”.  Linda spoke about the types of guests that she hosts and their unique stories.  Linda clearly has a talent for podcasting as she is a great interviewer and interviewee!

As we finished up the interview, she talked about her book Your Pot of Gold is a Handshake Away – A Step By Step Plan To Quickly Grow Your Business Through Referrals and how it was written to be an easy and succinct read from chapter to chapter.

Linda Ballesteros is quite the modern Renaissance Woman.  In addition to being a successful author and radio show host, Linda is a highly respected motivational speaker, business woman and coach.  In 2004, she left a successful career in banking to discover her new passion.  This led her to become a business networking expert, and she ultimately founded the business women’s networking group, Wine Women and Wealth.

Through radio, Linda has empowered, inspired and taught others by interviewing “ordinary people who tell their extraordinary stories.”

When she’s not growing her podcast Behind the Business Card, Linda can be found working one-on-one, coaching fellow women in business. She serves as a mentor, an inspiration and a friend to women, as she coaches them on how to improve their business through networking, marketing and self-realization.
